• Not interfere with, disrupt, damage, test vulnerabilities of, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, associated systems, servers, platforms, or security measures.
• Not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or otherwise misuse website content, training materials, digital resources, or intellectual property except where expressly permitted under these Terms or applicable written licence agreements.
• Not use the Services in any way that could harm Therapeutic Solutions Academy, its users, students, clients, systems, reputation, or lawful operations.

• Clinical hypnotherapy sessions, structured therapeutic programs, and related support services for concerns such as anxiety, stress, habit change, smoking cessation, vaping cessation, weight management, performance-related challenges, and other appropriate areas within scope of practice.
• Professional training programs in clinical hypnotherapy, TSA Method™ Practitioner Training, workshops, continuing education, and related educational services.
• Digital educational resources, including downloadable guides, scripts, recordings, self-hypnosis materials, and other training or informational content.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a clinical appointment, reasonable advance notice is required, typically at least 24–48 hours, unless otherwise specified.
• Appointments cancelled with insufficient notice, missed without notice, or abandoned after booking may be charged in full, forfeited, or counted as used within an existing program or package, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Structured clinical programs, packages, or premium services may be subject to additional booking, cancellation, refund, or participation terms communicated at the time of enrolment or purchase.

• Deposits or enrolment fees may be designated as non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Cancellation, transfer, deferral, refund, or substitution policies for training events may vary depending on the specific program and will be communicated during registration or purchase.
• Therapeutic Solutions Academy reserves the right to modify training schedules, instructors, formats, delivery methods, or dates where reasonably necessary.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full at the time of booking, registration, or purchase.
• Where payment plans or staged payment arrangements are offered, continued access to Services may be conditional upon timely payment.
• Therapeutic Solutions Academy may use authorised third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By making a payment, you acknowledge that transaction processing may be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy practices of those third-party providers.

• Refund eligibility, cancellation rights, transfer options, and any non-refundable fees are communicated at the point of sale, registration, or enrolment.
• Deposits, registration fees, administrative fees, reserved appointment fees, and certain enrolment payments may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Digital products, downloadable materials, recordings, scripts, templates, guides, and other electronically delivered resources are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, delivered, downloaded, or made available, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

• copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sub-license, sell, share, upload, post, modify, adapt, or commercially exploit any digital content;
• provide access to purchased materials to third parties;
• use educational materials for unauthorised teaching, licensing, certification, or resale purposes;
• remove ownership notices, branding, or intellectual property markings.

• copy, reproduce, republish, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, display, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit our content;
• use our trademarks, trade names, service names, logos, branding, program names, or proprietary terminology without prior written permission;
• record, copy, reproduce, distribute, share, livestream, or otherwise capture clinical sessions, workshops, consultations, supervision, or training events without explicit prior written consent;
• use our materials for unauthorized teaching, certification, resale, sublicensing, licensing, coaching, or training delivery;
• represent Therapeutic Solutions Academy materials, methodologies, protocols, or the TSA Method™ as your own intellectual property or proprietary system.

• the website or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available;
• digital platforms, third-party systems, or content will be free of technical issues, delays, or harmful components;
• participation in Services will produce specific therapeutic, educational, professional, business, health-related, or personal outcomes.

• use of, or inability to use, the website or Services;
• participation in clinical, educational, training, or digital offerings;
• reliance on information, resources, or educational content;
• interruptions, delays, technical failures, third-party platform issues, or unauthorised access.
