Terms and Conditions of Appointment Booking

1. Booking an Appointment
1.1 By booking an appointment with our clinic, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.2 All appointments must be booked via our official website or by contacting us directly by email or telephone.

2. Payment
2.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment.
2.2 Accepted methods of payment include credit card, debit card and other methods listed on our website.

3. Cancellation policy
3.1 Customers may cancel their appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
3.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur an $85 cancellation fee.
3.3 Cancellations cannot be made via the website calendar. Customers must cancel by email at hypnoaide@gmail.com or by phone at 514-675-4457.

4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds will be issued as follows:
  • Cancellations made before 48 hours of the appointment : Full amount refunded, less administrative fees.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment : Full amount refunded, less $85 cancellation fee.

5. Rescheduling appointments
5.1 Customers may reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge.
5.2 Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment is subject to the same $85 cancellation fee.
5.3 To reschedule an appointment, please contact us by e-mail at hypnoaide@gmail.com or by telephone at 514-675-4457.

6. Late arrivals
6.1 If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.
6.2 If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered cancelled without notice, and the full session fee will apply.

7. No-show policy
7.1 Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and the full session fee will apply.

8. Confidentiality
8.1 All client information and sessions are confidential. We will not share your information with any third party without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

9. Responsibility
9.1 Our clinic and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
9.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during their consultations.

10. Code of Conduct
10.1 We expect customers to behave respectfully towards our staff and other customers. Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.

11. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
11.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be informed of any significant changes.

By booking an appointment with our clinical hypnotherapy clinic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
